CAP The Company

Founded in 2023, CAP The Company is a new elite dance training program, operating in beautiful Orange County, CA. CAP The Company is founded and directed by Juilliard Dance Graduate and former Ballet Basel Soloist, Paige Borowski.

The goal of CAP The Company is to provide a space for concert and collegiate-focused dancers to train in genres that feel aligned with their goals within a time liberating structure and supportive environment. This new format will allow students to spend less time with “studio” obligations and more time preparing for their personal futures.

There truly is no other training program like CAPTC's and the results from our alumni speak loudly for us. In just the three seasons CAPTC has been in operation, we have successfully placed dancers at some of the nation's top BFA programs including USC Kaufman, The Juilliard School, NYU, University of Michigan, and SUNY Purchase. In addition, due our time liberating structure, our dancers can and have simultaneously thrived in their collegiate academic applications as well, having been accepted to and attended schools such as Yale, Columbia, North Eastern, and Brown.

CAP The Company is intended for dancers ages 14 - 18 at the advanced technical and intellectual level.

Kind Words for CAP The Company

“I can’t begin to tell you how much your coaching has helped our daughter. Also your kind, positive and encouraging guidance has helped her find her confidence, stay focused, and be brave to reach for her dreams.

Your contribution to this crazy journey of college applications has been invaluable, and we can’t thank you enough!!!”

— L. B. , CAPTC Parent

“I just wanted to let you know how thankful and grateful I am for you and all your guidance. Getting this privilege to work with you and getting to be mentored by you has shaped the way I view the world and find my identity within it. I give you absolute so much glory for this gift that has happened (collegiate acceptance) and I can’t wait to celebrate with you and continue to see what’s in store.”

— R. G. , CAPTC Dancer

“But through everything we have known 200% that we have you and that you have been a rock for our daughtee. I cannot tell you how much that has meant. It’s not only the texts of encouragement before. It’s honestly the way she feels so ready and prepared. It has been the greatest gift. Prepared to perform her solo. Prepared to talk about herself. Prepared to be in the classroom.

CAP dancers are showing up different than their peers and it is not going unnoticed. “

— J. L. , CAPTC Parent
